Coffee Cheesecake Chia Pudding
- 200g The Culture Co Kefir (natural)
- 1 shot espresso
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- Cacao powder or nibs to serve (optional)
Combine the chia seeds, espresso shot, kefir, maple syrup and vanilla in a bowl.
Stir well and then leave for 5 minutes before stirring well again.
Leave to set overnight or for at least 30 minutes.
Top with cacao powder/nibs if desired.
