Artichoke, gorgonzola and walnut dip

Ingredients

  • 400g marinated artichokes, drained from oil, plus extra to decorate

  • 200g The Culture Co. Natural Kefir

  • 250g cream cheese

  • 1 tsp crushed garlic

  • 100g grated grana padano

  • 100g toasted walnuts, plus extra to decorate

  • 80g gorgonzola dolce, plus extra to decorate

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Flat lead parsley, to decorate

Directions

STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve topped with extra artichokes (whole and torn), walnuts, crumbled gorgonzola and parsley leaves.
